I tried one game as vayne and you are so behind in lane from going a jungle item first. . . Even if you do get ahead, it takes too long to stack. Even at full 30, it won't make that much of a difference. I guess people should not be concerned about the adcs at least. Jungle full time might be a different story.

Keep in mind that the ADC's are still Glass cannons. last game I fought a late game Sated Vayne as a Sated Jax. My counter strike completely nullified any advantage her Sated devourer gave her. One stun and she was dead.
