They forced him to build more attack speed if he actually wants it now, and changed armorpen to only critical strikes, which forces Yasuo to actually build crit if he wanted said benefit, because his old tank build had not a single crit item.
I will decline to talk more on Graves, as I'm more or less on the fence about him.
Annie is not broken. If you think she is broken, I'm sorry, but you need to learn how to deal with her.
As for the others, replace the word "Annie" with the other champions you've listed (and the proper pronouns, if that's your sort of thing).
I asked the question because you seemingly have very little knowledge of the game.

But he is super strong. Takes a tooon of damage, and does a ton more. really risks nothing the entire game.
Yasuo wasn't broken either, just frustrating, but he got the stiffy. That aside, her doing 90% of my damage while i'm stunned with no counter play, that's broken.
Actually ez does a ton of damage, covers up any counter play by building none adc items, and his permaslow with his flashes leaves all counters, like assassins in the dust.

Uh, like I said, the nerfs do nothing to his normal full crit build. It only harms his bruiser (in terms of attack speed) and his full tank (in both attack speed and armorpen) builds, which both deserved it.

Why would assassin's be broken, they literally do what their role is, 90% of champions in game have see which easily counters them, no real tenacity or escapes in game.

Assassin's are easily downed. Bust mages, broken adc's, tank's, juggernauts, aren't. Assassin's have no armor, try fighting a tank with armor up ur ass, while he does much more damage to you,

As far as abusing builds, I literally built one tank item? No where do i have a full set of tank items and ignore my critical build? On Top of that Yasuo was always meant to build 1 or 2 tank items........
Nooooooo he was always a fighter. People building pure attack items and such was never the correct build and reason why many died easily with Yasuo.

Triforce was built on Yasuo, always. Just because they make a broken item, doesn't mean people wont use it. Mallot and Triforce were always his builds, just because Riot fucked up, I'm not supposed to build what I always have? Annie can be annoying but she reminds me of a blitz because she just stuns and you're basically dead in a team fight like a blitz pull, but she shouldn't be so powerful for only being a 450 champ, just my thoughts :P
