Cassiopeia's E

Instead of it being a machine-gun spam, mana drainer, or some kind of weird poison-extender or whatever they're trying to change it into...

Why don't we just change it so that it's a bit of a damage nuke that immediately burns all currently ticking poison damage on an enemy, and them makes them further vulnerable to poison? Honestly the most fun thing about her E the way it is right now is rapidly killing poisoned minions and getting a bunch of mana.
