About half a year ago there was talk about him getting some changes to make his crystals feel better to use (I was hoping they would be changed from stat balls to something more interesting) but then nothing ever came of that, no PBE changes and no talk about why it wasn't followed up on.
So what happened? Did they just not pan out? Did you decide to hold off on them until later? What?

Dude, pre rework skarner is trash. His rework is good imo, actually, yesterday, i got a pentakill on him. Just build the correct items and you win
