Last game I was one-shot killed by just her Shunpo (the blink), then gets out just as fast as she bursts me, how the hell is that balanced?

Unless she was fed like crazy your story doesn't add up even a little.

Even if she was fed, every champion gets ridiculous when they have a huge gold lead.

Also, we can see your match history. You've only played against katarina 2 times in the past 4 days. Both games you lost and both games katarina got fed vs you in the midlane, but only in the one 4 days ago did she buy a ludens.
