Why sometimes PINGS cause such a huge drop on the FPS?

It won't happen once Riot release their new Client in the next season. The client use Adobe Flash and also Adobe Air which is an old tool and a also a bad tool for most of the new Pc's that use the newest Operating System like Windows 8.1 pro or Windows 10 or the lasted version of Apple Mac. But in the new Client, there will be no more Flash Player neither the same for Adobe air. That is what they said about the new Client I have read in Surrender at 20.com Just be patient, everything will change soon enough. Even in the Queues. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

neh my pc runs LOL kinda fairly, it drops the FPS on some points, mainly when pings come, or some random abilities, I play in a laptop I must say.
