I really like Lulu as a champion

Her kit's great. Her animations are cute and crack me up. Really fun champion

However, I just don't feel like increasing her AP ratio on Q is that great of an idea. It will definitely make her viable in solo lanes again. May even be pick/ban in lcs again if the meta suits her or shifts to her. But, it will just make her extremely uninteractive with the amount of wave clear she gets from it.

Idk. Not a Lulu expert and I don't think a buff to her utility would do anything but break her. Maybe the actual number for her Q is too high.

Yes, she is indeed fun to play, as for her kit, her Q and E are the only ones that do damage so I think that's a fair compromise. And she' s cute :3

The Q AP-ratio buff has already been reverted, the manacost nerf still stands. Meddler said he wanted to buff Lulu in a different way, replacing the AP-ratio buff with something else that would benefit her Support-role more. So there should be new buffs coming this cycle.
