chipndip11 votesActually, tanks are meant to scale with resistances, not hp. So tanks like Sejuani, Poppy, and Galio got proxy-buffed because in-kit synergy with resistances are being reinforced when Riot shifts tankiness into those stats instead of HP.

HalcyonDweller1 votesBecause you can't see how everything will function together. We do not have all of the context required yet. We don't know what the tank update will do to the power levels of tanks that are receiving changes, crowd control may be more dangerous after the reworks and thus the items helping carries may be needed.
And the changes to the items are combined buffs and nerfs. They function differently now, stronger in some ways, weaker in others. Thus it is impossible to evaluate net impact without seeing playtests.

B:the reason for a PBE existing is to test changes. stop whining when something hasn't been changed yet and is being tested.

D:tanks are in no horrible place RN,some are but in LCS there are reasons
