Help, I'm Learning a new role - Jungle

I've been a support main for a long time but I really want to start mixing it up more. Riot recently mentioned that if you put a role as your primary and support secondary you will get the primary role a lot more now (I think they said 37% as support? cant find quote now) and that motivates me. I love utility and being able to roam/influence other lanes and hate csing so jungle seems good for me.

I like all the tanky/utility junglers so Amumu Gragas Ivern Maokai Nunu Rammus Sejuani Volibear Zac all seem like really fun champions to me. My problem? I know very little about the jungle role beyond how to play against them via bot lane. I'm a pretty high ranked player at diamond rank so before I start queing as Jungler/Support instead of support/top I need to put in some serious practice.

I've been queing in normals at the moment as maokai (lots of fun and i often feel like i do well) but I realize my jungle routing is really poor and I need some advice on that. I'm also finding it really hard to balance farming and helping lanes/ganking and I seem to fall way behind in CS unless I just power farm (especially in mid game). My mechnics are top notch and I have pretty good map awareness but the jungle only skills I really lack in so I'm probably messing up in more areas too.

Anyway if I could get some Links, videos, streamers to study, type something up here, or anything thing you feel will help put it here to help me. Thank you!

There's an ivern 1 trick in masters NA called Mattheos whose videos I found really helpful for learning ivern. His twitch is raidbossmattheos.

I'll check him out. Thanks!

I just started to jg as well. Farm comes first. Yes you go help lanes that need it, but you can't help if you are behind. Focus on the objectives important to your team. Ganking takes care of itself. Don't go chasing kills, you only end up feeding. Also don't try and save a losing lane by yourself, that's a team effort. Your lanes need to help you out and set up ganks according to your pathing.

When I play jg try to go red, blue, gromp, crab, gank. Then I go wolves, raptors, crab, gank. Then I get Krugs and back.

If I hit level 5, I go straight for dragon...

Hmm, I'll try out those routes. I remember trying blue to red directly and it didn't work well last time but maybe I was just unlucky. thank you.
