For an ult that can 100-0 you before full build, I don't think the buff for her ult was generally necessary, however, people are saying that it's a buff she "needed"
How exactly was she in need of a buff like this? She seemed perfectly fine before.
(No I did not lose to a Lux earlier, I was on a gaming forum and saw a post about her ult with several people saying how it's balanced now)

Daddy Braum1 votesShe used to be a pick a target and they die but this makes her better to get a kill then have the team force a fight so she can utilize the shortened cd more late game, personally I think the cd refund should scale with rank to make it a little less early game but more impacting late game

Or at least lower the damage a little since it can be like a 15 second cooldown

Now, I've watched three games worth of luxes just slap their faces against the keyboard, hit all the buttons at once and pump out 1700+ damage with two items in .02 seconds, and that's just not fucking right.

The cooldown refresh on kill IS busted. Old build, I could get lux down to 20~ish seconds between ults, and still be pumping out mondo damage.
