It's aoe, not global, and it requires four attacks instead of just hitting the R button.

Not to mention that Fiora doesn't have any "support" abilities outside of her ult, an ult that deals a shit ton of damage that would leave adc's crying "KS KS!" if an actual support had it.

Carries are allowed to have supportive abilities, like Sivir and Ashe do.

Yeah I get that, but this whole redesign was because she "didn't fit the theme" of a duelist. But isn't the whole deal of a duelist that they exceed at 1v1s at the expense of weaker teamfights? So giving her a huge aoe heal that stronger than the quintessential LoL healer seems a bit strange to me

She now is bad at team fighting, she lost all of her Aoe on her ult, and while it can heal her allies, its not going to be easy, considering the angles that have to be hit

She also gets it if she managed to hit 1 vital before the enemy dies.

Sivir and Ashe SACRIFICE damage for that.

Fiora is rewarded by it FOR DEALING DAMAGE.

It is also attached to her ult with requirements to activate it. Unlike Sivir and Ashe who just press a button and has the utility.

It requires the target to die after Fiora attacked 1 vital. Ashe needs to land a skillshot, Sivir needs allies in her range - EVERY SKILL IN THE GAME has a requirement.

I was assuming you were refering to hawkshot, not ashes ult.

And Sivir's spellshield, not her ult. but w/e

2 requirements for Fiora. Either the target dies, or she hits all 4 spots. The first being unlikely to happen with much focus from her team, and the second being just unlikely in general.

You have to stay in Janna's ult too, AND she has to channel it uninterrupted and without dying (being squishy). Janna is also a support.

Meanwhile, new Fiora is supposed to be a duelist, how does an AoE heal fit that thematic?

The rest of her kit, especially her passive, perfectly fits that thematic. You don't always want to go so overboard on it, especially if it's going to sacrifice gameplay. Her ult helps her team and is a great boon to her when she's behind and underfed. It's not like she's summoning rainbows or anything either, so you can't justifiably say it's against her theme to be able to support her team after she wins a duel.

But Fiora is a duelist, and a cocky, selfish character. Her reward should be a personal buff, like "who's next bitches" not "yolo I turn into Janna now".

Good thing Soraka's ult is global. And happens at the press of a button, instead of after at least 4 separate attacks.

Soraka's ult is outdone by more than just this. Monsoon outheals it too.

But while thematically it's a bit weird, balance-wise it's fine. Soraka's is global, bursty and on-demand, even going so far as to give a massive additional chunk to targets below 40% HP and remove Grievous Wounds. While Fiora's has a chance to heal more than Soraka's will, it's rare that that healing will actually prove more useful than Soraka's. Fiora's just happens and you hope it happens when you need it, Soraka's is something you can keep until the exact perfect moment that your team needs a massive chunk of HP.

yeah im not worried about janna killing me in half a second, let alone after she just killed my teammates and get gets to heal up all the damage..

i mean Nidalee an assassin and has a heal, but she is a long range champ that only gets in melle range when she goes in for a kill.. she donest has a "parry" to doge damage she cant do anythign in melee range after she poucne in and kill is a target..

nidalee needs to land a skilshot go in and and try to get out alive.

now fiora can dance in deal shit tons of damage and HEAL her entire team while parrying attacks and donest never need to leave the fught before going on the murder the next opponent?.

foira has INSANE lifesteal capabuilties she has a parry to completly ignore and attack and deal damage back to the attacker.. she doesn't need a AOE HEAL

people are complaining about nid when she is WEAK* foira is going to be downright op with this..
