Just got out of a game as Singed vs Kled. It's been awhile since I've seen riot release a champion as broken on release as him, considering his kit contains the following:

A shield for literally half his health bar, a hook, a gap closer (x2), an invulnerability, a global mobility ultimate that cannot be countered, a movement speed buff his entire team, % health damage, an over-all steroid 50% of the time, ANOTHER shield from his ultimate, and ANOTHER % health dmg ability.

Not to mention the absolute random-ness of his entire kit, making it super hard to gage when and where his next attack is coming from, also considering how ridiculously mobile he is, I'm a bit dumbfounded. Aurelion felt pretty fair, there was a lot of time to react to his global mobility, Taliyah was fine, a little less easy to react to but at least she was killable in team fights and fairly squishy if you built correctly. This champion, mid-late game is virtually unkillable in teamfights considering his insane mobility and innate tankiness, plus his ability to remove both the front line OR the backline, whichever he chooses.

I might just be a little bit sore from having shut him down in lane early game, and having him come back to single-handedly win the enemy team the game, but I know for sure that I'm banning him from here on out be it on my team or not. This sort of feels like Riven on release, having a kit that's so overloaded you're like "huh?", but maybe I'll learn to deal with him and he won't be such a bother. What does boards think? Anyone else dreading seeing him in any of their games for the next 2 weeks until he's nerfed? Or am I being a bit of a pansy here?

It's not about how much is in a kit, it's about how it works in concert.

For starters, He's a skirmisher, So he's pretty much going to do tons of damage, and given the %HP and situation defensive mechanics, were talking more on the duelist side of Skirmisher. (So a bit like Fiora)

His W is pretty unreliable compared to most AS steroids. (And since it's not an active, it doesn't proc sheen)

As for his whole Ultimate thing, I mean not only does it completely fit his fantasy. (it's essentially a Calvary charge) But it's also a good deviation from Greedy ultimates, Giving a skirmisher a good team mechanic to focus around, on a class of champ that is usually shunned for being greedy, and becoming a stats check because of it. (But Kled isn't the first, The heal on Fiora's ult was designed to give an other wise greed kit, a bigger team focus.)

Lastly, Riot always seems to strip power from champs release in an OP state, rather than the other way around. And it's probably easier to fine tune champions that way. (Cause if somethings OP, you usually know where you can strip power.)
