Why isn't Mundo picked in competitive?

I know he got nerfs in 5.24 and 6.2 but he's still a common solo que ban with a good winrate. Why isn't he valued in competitive? He's neither banned nor picked almost ever anymore.

Because, simply, hes not that good in competitive. you need a lot of team presence and utility in pro play at the moment.

A lot of linear champions arnt played in LCS tbh.. He use to be picked back when tanks were practically useless so idk.. I guess there are better, more impactful tanks like Malphite? Havn't really watched.

Exactly lol! He was picked like 2 years ago fairly often when no one would ever ban him in solo que. I don't get it.

And yes, he is still picked sometimes but he's not common or a priority.

A few of the tops I saw were Trundle, Liss, Graves, and TK. I'm assuming damage is the name of the game in top lane meta while playing OT.

He wasn't picked a single time in today's LCS games either. He may be picked but it's not common and they're not even on 6.2 where he got nerfed again.
