happens all the time. not with challenger, but in every elo. it just doesnt make sense man. cant duoq with someone but get matched with them randomly.

Gee its almost like the arbitrary representation of our MMR isn't as effective of a representation as our actual MMR would be.

you would just complain that the actual representation doesn't represent the rank. seriously in low elo mixed ranks more sense due to mmr loss/win in that elo im not sure.

No I wouldn't, because MMR is the actual number used in matchmaking, while divisions are just an arbitrary representation that Riot added in season 3 to make casuals feel less bad about their number going up and down when they play.

im so sure thats why they have them in other competitive games. And everyone is a casual under diamond. lol. You don't need to see your mmr to know where you should be at.

Yea, I looked further into it and it's definitely at least a shared account. The dude was a hardstuck gold support main that played enchanters and now all of the sudden he's hard carrying on Vlad, TF and Zed. Hmmmm....

I started in Season 2, was hardstuck Silver but managed to edge out Gold the last day of Ranked. I played Sona, Ryze, Teemo, Annie Season 3 I started jungling, playing mostly Evelynn, almost hit Challenger.

It can happen.

I probably would have been Challenger if I didn't have a keyboard that ghosts 1/2+q, meaning I couldn't spam Q on evelynn and also use an active item on 1 or 2 like BoRK, deathfire grasp, zhonyas, pots, or whatever else, I lost tons of fights and games because my actives just didn't work a lot of the time. or if the item active worked, it would lock out my q so i'd miss a cast or two of it.

but anyway, it's definitely possible
