I don't have problem playing top lane, it is my currently most played role

As a Mid laner main, I started playing top lane alot and I don't see how most top laners mains are complaining about. It's like they've never played against an unfavorable match up, and complain because they can't adapt dealing with stuff like Tanks/Gnar/Teemo/Heimerdinger.

Don't Bruiser have like one of the best itemization? Especially the synergy with death dance + Spirit visage combo and amount of health regen from warmogs and other items.

I think that starting the game with 80 AD on most bruiser it's a huge buff, just build tanky + Corruption potion and you are fine. Just because you can't start the game with a phage doesn't mean you have to go full damage early game to kill the teemo. this might even help you sustain his harass and even win trades.

Hell most of the Bruiser have huge base damages or huge AD scaling and should have time killing squishy bully top laners. The only problem is bruiser is useless pass laning phase that's for sure and the biggest would be ADC. If somehow bruiser should get to have a stronger late game and cheaper Damage build path I would not mind. But don't buff their resistant early game or remove some base damage if you do so.
