So naturally you wait and see if it fixes itself

Then disconnect and reconnect to try and fix it

and guess what the enemy team got 2 inhibs while you were gone from game so you've lost your promo's

Congrats you suffered a loss because of some game play/bug bullshit

Hm. The only time I've ever had this happen was on Sion when he was free a week or two ago. Actually it was all of the abilities, not just Q and R. Had to restart but luckily I was just practicing in a bot game so didn't matter.
