Teemo rework

I've been thinking of this for awhile but riot really needs to change that teemo. These are my ideas.

Passive - The Peeping Tom When Teemo stands still for 1 second he turns invisible. He gives an compliment when an ally female champion walks over him.

Q - Smoke ball Teemo blinds an enemy's vision for (1/1.5/2) second. Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6

W - Run like a douche bag Passive: Teemo gains 25 movement speed when running behind an ally female champion Active: Teemo gains (3/4/5%) movement speed Mana Cost: 50 at all levels Cooldown: 10 Seconds at all levels

E - Toxic Shot Teemo's poison deals damage (5/7/9/11/13) over 4 seconds on an enemy champion. This can stack up to 3 times increasing the damage by 2%.

R - The Global Taunt Teemo laughs continually for 5 seconds, during this time duration he gains movement speed, Increased health regeneration, Increased mana regeneration, and (120/140/160) AP. Mana Cost: 100 at all levels Cooldown: 135/125/115
