@Riot I am desperate can you please make Darius rework a priority..

For someone like me who played over about 2k games with him since he was on the pbe I can tell you right now he feel so wrong. he doesn't have his core anymore... I find myself picking him still and EVERY time I say myself that I won't pick him anymore, then i get a down and feel like give up everything, its been like that since he got his full reset taken away. patch 3.03 I suffer from extreme anxiety with depression, and have ocd on top of that yay..

I tried everything and I just can't get over the nerf of his ultimate it even affect my real life..

I would like to talk to RiotScruffy or another rioter

I watch video of Darius with his full reset alot it remind me the good times I also think ive watched Darius champion spotlight 30 times at least.

pls retain comment like "get over it its only a game" I know all that but I tried everything.

this is my last whisper.

Riot said he was balanced when he had the full reset they only took it off because of bronze that kept crying the one like you.

Darius is broken? What? He was never broken, maybe in bronze and silver but higher up if people knew what I meant to kite he was just fine.

Pre nerf it was mainly about the fact that Darius could potentially have an ult up with no downtime during the laning phase. Thus having a huge dmg advantage over his opponent.

But you see that's how he was made to be, shut down someone in laning phase extremely hard, pref late game champs so they don't become a problem till much later in the game.

Now you can't even do that with darius as his ult is so poor to use on people without fear of wasting it for a more important skirmish later.

I remember playing as Darius vs a Jax Top, I made him level 5 until 15 minutes in and we still lost the game, I did my job of shutting him down hard but the enemy team got fed even though I tried roaming to help my team out.

The thing is that even though Darius doesn't have that overbearing lane domanence with that looming ult damage always there...it's that he still trades extremely well. Most melee can't out-trade Darius. Darius has an attack speed reduction (good versus lots of melee) and inherent armor pen. This is why early hydra is good. You take advantage of his insane bullying ability early on then build tank so that come tf time you don't insta squish. I personally haven't had much problems with him at all.

If I was to change one thing... ONE... I would decrease the 'cast time' on his ult...I have lost a lot of kills (and died) because it took like .1 sec too long for it to actually -hit-.

karthus is broken mainly about the fact that even if you kill him he can still cast his ult and dmg EVERYONE of your team have a guarantee nuke to every is having a huge dmg over his opponent

nothing like playing a melee top and laning against Darius. Lvl 1 walks into lane q's twice and takes half my health. Then fighting at lvl6 only to get dunked by 300+(with 75% or 150% ad scaling) true damage. Now he has a tiamat and zones me for the rest of laning phase. Then he lottos pentas with his ult reset in team fights. Yea, pretty weak…seems pretty weak to me...

Reminds me of my friend who cried that Xin wasn't OP his first week. He just so happened to be terrible and that so happened to be the only Champion is was good with.... Until the nerf :).

I know right. lol Darius is fine how he is. Hell he was fine how he was. I just think it's funny when people cry about the 'good ol' days'.

No one had a full reset on their ult just by 'killing' someone. It was always conditional. Katarina got a partial coodown, etc. Darius (imo was fine the way he was) but considering the laning phase when Darius ulted and killed and the other person he laned against ulted. He immediately had lane advantage without even backing just because he had his ult (still) whilst the other champ would have to wait for over a minute. And it was true. Laning versus Darius as very difficult pre nerf. Hell he still is. Which is why I like playing him. (That q... love it.) But there was little counter-play to him. Hence the 'nerf'. You can still penta ult so I don't see what you really have to complain about.

I agree for the lanning phase but at the same time it's the only thing he really had going for him and now that snowball has been reduced there's 0 reason you should ever pick him other than want to dunk some noobs

Before the nerf I was able to carry every games but its long gone now..

different champion different design, Darius was designed around the full reset of his ult.

Darius is in a bearable spot right now, I feel. He is still a power house and can get really tanky with just few items. He is not weak and he can still insta-gib a team of people if the Darius knows what he is doing. He just has a higher skill cap now, not weak.
