i dont even care that it was a normals match. something like this shouldn't be allowed ever, under any circumstances and all too often it slips right by. what exactly is your weighting system vs 4man vs only other 4man and how much that compensates for skill?

guess who lost.... lets take a wild guess.

despite trying my best, and doing everything in my power, it was a stomp. i could not carry. and as expected, my team fed, hard. and the worst part is, no surrender at 20mins because they were a 4man and my vote meant nothing at all.

wheres my say in matchmaking? i dont want this, no1 wants to willingly lose.

Most Diamonds only play ranked and most Bronze/Silvers play normals. Normals queue times for Diamond would take 45 min if they made diamonds vs other diamonds. It's norms dont get your panties in a bunch

Why is he getting downvoted? Everything he said its legit and good, why would u get mad over a normal game, if u want a fair match up go play ranked.

Very Hard Engage3 votes

because ranked still isn't balanced and fun with all the pregroups and boosted players no1 is playing at a rank they belong, and if they are its very floppy in terms of team balance, 1 player whos boosted on either team will result in a snowball for one team. its incredibly rare to find a GG in ranked these days.

you are so stupid it hurts lmao

U have a bronze mentality, if u dont enjoy the game, go ahead and quit it.

Very Hard Engage1 votes

its the complete opposite.

i recognize all the things that make a player good, cs, cooperation, champion choices, meta, counterbuild, warding, mechanics, etc etc.

but at the end of the day i cant control the other 4 people on my team, and just one of them can result in a thrown game, on a small sample size, thats a large portion of my games, where 1 person throws on either team.

the pros ignore it and climb because they have such a large volume of games it doesn't matter anymore. the RNG factor has evened out.

i recognize just as the pros recognize - "dynamic queue increased a lot off the bull that comes with the game, but ya gotta be tough, if you're good and you stick through it and you keep playing, you're just that much better for it"

its just not worth it to play ranked beyond what i've already achieved g3. im not going to get anything new.

From bronze 5 to diamond 5, u can climb solo, carrying your hole team, even if someone on your team is a little lets say ''boosted'', of course u cant win all games even if u are a monster at this game, but if u are good enough, u can carry your team and win most of the games. For example if i create a smurf, i can climb d5 with no problems solo, thats why if u practice a lot, u are gonna climb in the end,the sad thing about low elo players is that they always think is their team fault, instead of looking at their own mistakes, thats why they make solo/duo only for chall/master, because thats the elo where the team actually really matters, because there, no matter how good u are, if u have 4 boosted players, u cant do anything, but till u hit that rank, u have no excuses, and again Normal games are just normal games, and ranked is good enough. Imaqtpie-''why get mad, if u bad?''

smurfs like bjerg have 70~80% win rates. they can carry through all of bronze/silver no problem, gg ez. but once they hit gold they're at least a little somewhat dependent on getting at least a group together.

my b while climbing i had only a 68% win rate, and now its evened out to 58% as i get closer to where i belong, somewhere in mid to low plat. but i still absolutely hate the fact that im losing games at lower elos because of bad team mates.

and i believe its happening moreso now than before because of boosted team mates.

and thats made the difference between me not playing ranked this season vs last season.

Its clearly u never saw them smurfing, after this argument you just mentionated, i finnaly decided to stop reply to you, since u have no ideea how this game works, u are just like all others low elo players, u dont accept it and u dont learn , i can have 95-90% winrate till d5, just like all other smurfs, i saw ppl have 90% winrate in d1.Keep blaming your team, keep saying that its the system fault, keep finding excuses to hide how bad you are in reality.I tried to open your eyes, but your brain wont proggres any further, youre stuck with this ideea that the team is the fault.Thats why u cant climb the ladder, i must say, u got really lucky that u managed to get my attention, anyway Cy@.[slayer-jinx-catface]

thats RNG, i have seen their accounts. its never a guarantee, you can be counterpicked, and you can be flash stunned etc, even by silvers. and there ya go games lost.

they reliably get 15-0 from lane, sure, but they cant win a 5v1 100% of the time.

thats why they dodge more than they play

and then they split push a lot

there ya go, nightblue3's smurf, has a 75% win rate while smurfing. even challenger players are not immune to dead weight team mates and counterpicks.

feel free to follow his profile + stream " level 1 to challenger " and see that even pros lose at low elos and they cant carry the entire team on their back.

since you're a master tier player how about you make a smurf and see if you lose at all in bronze/silver/gold. telling me it cant happen due to the sheer weight players have.

for that reason they can just distribute diamonds even among teams. If you look the screen carefully, its highly ranked team with thousands of games played versus totally unranked team and just few hundred games. To be more specific, 4 unranked plus 1 gold against 2 diamonds, plat and gold. The first team combined has roughly 700 wins, the other has over 5500 wins. Now i wonder are they even trying to insert any balance in that matchmaking.

Riot cares more about queue times. They just put ppl on teams randomly.

but with 4 diamonds vs 4 unranked, they could just shuffle 2 diamonds with 2 unrakned vs the same, the queue time would be the same

lmao that diamond kid is spamming yi in normals.

lol. those. were the dark days. of the high elo players spamming yi in norms when i was level 30 and below. god awful.

I know how you feel, Duo'ed with a friend once who was platinum and we were paired up against a challenger tier player. It should be noted I'm only silver.

MadV1kNg1 votes

I would be more concerned if you guys had all been silver or bronze. Usually in your placements you will get matched up against good players because it helps Riot to know where you should be placed. For example, lets say you win against a team of all high silver and low gold players. The system then matches you up against even better players to check where between those two skill levels you belong. Hope this helps.

Very Hard Engage1 votes

if it helps, those players were playing at a bronze 3 ~ silver 1 level.

i was doing a reasonable job at keeping graves at bay by landing skill shots. but at the end of the day my sivir was struggling to farm despite having 74 ad at level 1.

enemy bard was MIA the whole time, hardly in lane, just collecting charms, (sivir and I refused to push this advantage and kill graves repeatedly for being alone) and by sivir and I, ofc I mean sivir.

she had 39 cs after 12minutes.

zac jungle was horribly late. for everything, every time he showed he hard engaged, when unfavorable in numbers, and died instantly, every time.

i was the best player (on galio support so it didn't really help much at all), and our mid laner managed to only be 0-1 with an even amount of farm against gold karthus mid, who he should be trashing on. enemy yi didn't gank, he just farmed, and all lanes managed to lose badly. yi eventually showed up after 6 and started getting double kills bot when he shouldn't be because of my ult, but sivir canceled nearly all of her autos and wasted her mana, full bar, had none for the engagements every time.

Keti1 votes

Good chance those unranked are smurfs.

Either way see it as an opportunity to play against high elo players and learn. You picked galio so obviously you didn't care about winning THAT much

Shut the fuck up and leave, Im so tired of you whiny children "Waaaaa my one norm game had boosted diamonds in it". Seriously just shut the fuck up, in the time you took the make this post you could have q'd up again like a fucking man and played a more balanced game. If it was like this all the time you'd have 0 wins, you don't have 0 wins right sweetheart? SO IT MUST NOT HAPPEN THAT FUCKING OFTEN, WHY DONT YOU GO CODE YOUR OWN FUCKING MATCHMAKING SYSTEM AND ACTUALLY CONTRIBUTE SOMETHING YOU ADOLESCENT SPONGE

so that excuses it from happening?

Oh sorry, I'm farming downvotes to sell at my Ebay store.

normal games are pretty much the definition of unbalanced, because they aren't meant to be taken seriously. The few I play every year for the chests, im a D1 facing against silvers/golds usually, thats how normal games work. They don't factor in actual skill level.

The Loveless1 votes

Damn. Not even a wombo combo comp could get the job done.

  1. This game is an obvious Crap-shoot.

Your team has 4 unknowns on it. Maybe 4 unknowns on their way up, but still 4 unknowns. Can't tell who is going to win. Because of it.

  1. WTF is silver 5 doing in a plat-diamond game?

RITO, pls. have some mercy. Games with such a high skill gap between players are total crap shoot. that silver 5 player is going to get absolutely pulverized. The game is going to be determined by "who got RNGed the sucky opponent". really? that's how you wanna roll?
