title pretty much says it all. A few games ago my team won a 4v5 because our master yi who wasnt even doing well just started melting people and wasnt stoppable. Now I just played against him and even though he was 9/9 and my bot lane was 5/0/16 (all kills to adc) he still rolled our entire team. I cant tell if it's just him or part of a pattern of melee junglers being weirdly strong that i've been seeing for some time now.

Only thing he can do to be relavant these days is to clean up some midgame teamfight and start rolling, he's still strong VERY lategame, but that's about it.

I'm a Yi m7 otp, so I'd say I'm really good at not being useless, but any other Yi I've fought is the typical "Crit Yi can obliterate everyone, all I have to do is Q in and Penta" kind of Yi. They don't know their Q is useful for other things like dodging and escaping, they don't know about the Meditate auto attack reset, dont know how to disjoint, how to survive a turret dive by just tapping W when the shot's about to hit you. They're just dumb. Final decision, he's not bad, his players just make him seem useless. If anyone reads this and didn't know about any if the tricks I mentioned, sorry, but you suck.

YOU SO BAD1 voteslevel 7 yi here. He is actually really weak in the current state of the game.
In general you have to just lock him down or get picks on him or fight where he is not.
He is very easy to counter but it is likely you all lost the game form champ select.
