Well it doesn't surprise me that her play rate is 3.8% when she is banned 82% of the time. That makes roughly 85% play/banrate

If you swap it to Monthly, you'll notice that her ban rate since release has only been a little over 60%. Given that most of the playerbase will spitefully ban new champs in order to prevent fighting what they don't know and to avoid "feeders who don't know how to play them," these numbers are entirely too skewed. The actual statistics won't level out until the newness wears off and people become familiar with her.
