Why is Heim still allowed to be in this terrible state?

Let's face it. He has 100% unavoidable damage. He is guaranteed to do a ton of aoe damage before death no matter what once he gets zhonyas. There is literally no way to avoid it. Why?

Because he can store turrets and drop them all within 2 seconds where he wants.

How is that balanced.

He was designed specifically to be a zone of control champion. His power was curved by his ability to "set up" his defenses. Now he is a mobile base that can drop his full defenses whenever he wants with no consequence.

They need to give his turret a 5 second internal cooldown. This is stupid watching every heimer win just because you cant avoid his damage no matter what strategy you use.

His damage is very avoidable. Its simple.

Throw out any AOE spell. Turrets are dead.

Walk sideways to dodge his W and E.

The Jungler can smite the ult turret.

Don't facecheck into his turrets, so what if he pushes you under turret you can't get ganked?

Okay, I am going to do a discourtesy to all heimer players, and explain this to you. Heimerdinger is not an easy champ for most people. His skill lies in planning, and execution, not in mechanical prowess. No you can't dodge his turret shots. But you CAN just not go near them. It is very difficult to know where to place the turrets, and if you just walk into the team fight and start popping them out, you will likely get bursted down before you can finish it. Good heimerdingers will play a few different styles, between the lane push style, the death-bush style, or the instagib ultimate W style. I would say the lane push style is the hardest to handle, because it forces you to dedicate a champ to making sure he can't push down towers, and evens up the teamfights for the rest of his team. See, the easiest way to avoid his damage in a teamfight is to simply walk away. Backing up your whole team one auto-attack range after he starts placing turrets will render him useless.
