Which one should I get?
Right now I am a level 8 player. I wanted to know which champion will be good for me. Ahri,Sivir or Caitlyn

I would say no to ahri. Her mana cost and skillshots don't pair well with new players. However, both sivir and Caitlyn are good. Caitlyn is long range with execution ult, and sivir is fully auto attack based. Both are safe picks, its wether or not you want poke (Caitlyn) or utility(sivir). I think you would like cait the best, go for her!
Caitlyn was the easiest of those 3 to play before the changes she got a few patches ago, but I doubt the few changes she got changed this. If anything all it did was make it so she can do better in more skilled hands, but is still pretty easy to do well with.
Ahri is all skill shots aside from her W, so if you feel fine landing skill shots (or even just want to practice) she would be a good choice.
Sivir is kind of weak right now (I think?) and of the two ADCs you picked she's more difficult, even if only slightly. Timing her spell shield well isn't the easiest thing to do.
Get ashe. Dont save up for a champ you havent played much yet unless they are below 1350 ip. Unless you have played these before. There are some champs people just cant play so to save up and not like the champ is a bad risk. Ahri is a big investment for you right now I would stick with free to play rn and save up for several champs like amumu, sivir, ashe, garen, ryze, poppy, annie, janna etc... And use free to play champs to see what you really like. Learn the roles and find out what you like best then make an investment into that role. The IP of a champion does not determine how good they are. Amumu is very good and easy to use great way to start jungle. Garen is excellent top lane starter. Ashe is easy point and click ADC with pretty easy kit. Janna is great support, but for lower levels support isnt going to be that important yet. I really hate how riot screws new players with the que system and you cant do teambuilder until like lvl 25 now... its the only good one to learn your roles well with because you can play the same champ and role continuously.
Don't buy champions save all ip till lvl 20 or 25 then but full sets of runes. Gives you time to try tons of champions and see what you like!
