When Q times get long, I just leave and rejoin Queue. Usually works for me. People who dodge / don't lock in? They're the actual worst. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

I usually do, but it gets rediculous that I always have to do this. I never have the less than 1:00 queues that I hear from other silvers.
