/Remake is Broken
I got killed in a ranked game earlier, and it immediately asked my team if we wanted to remake. There were no afks or anything. I gave up first blood and it just allowed us to remake.

Your mid laner Diana had no CS, so it looks like she DC'd.
the same thing happened against me in ranked. got first blood top lane at 2:47, enemy team remakes 10 seconds later with no afks, and i get 0 lp. needs to be fixed
That does seem broken. because you need one or two afk to start a /remake
Was your death an execute? Executes don't count.
/Remake is definitely broken I had a person who was DC, tried to join back, and Dc'd again, and never came back. They should make it where it happens anyway if we have someone who DC'd regardless. This is starting to perform major headaches when we have a bot lane without an ADC/Support, or missing a JG. Either way, the game should not of occurred and we wasted 20 minutes in game before we could finally FF because we have no way of fighting a 5 man team with no adc.
Remake seems to not be working for a lot of players. there an entire Reddit dedicated to the problem https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/5314fx/let_us_remake_if_teammate_hasnt_left_base_for_3/? And there are several posts on this forum going for the past several months and Riot hasn't really addressed the issue or has dodged the question as to what the problem. Most of the Red Posts I've see as responses seem pretty cut & paste. Basically, I highly doubt you will get an answer, play ranked at your own risk, and if you still want to play league play normals for now at least until they release of the new beta client.
