Since yasuo is in consideration for a nerf here's one I think would be a rather safe one to do.
Make is passive flow bar fill only under two conditions.
Out-of-combat or landing a tornado.
Its a simple change, but one I think would help.

NotSpecialDude1 votesYour probably right but I still feel that his passive needs to be nerfed in some fashion. As it is now, yasuo forces his opponent to "pop" his passive in order to effectively trade but that makes it easier to time his wind wall. Essentially, yasuo only gets hurt if he makes a mistake, not so much if his opponent makes a good play.
I'm not sure what nerf would be needed but it would have to something that creates a weakness that even the best yasuo must manage.
