How do you lane against pantheon?

Pretty much what the title says i don't understand how to lane against him...go in to cs take q poke level 1 level 2 if you try a trade he has his passive so he q w's you when you go to cs and he walks away without take much damage due to his passive after that your pretty much chunked level 3 you engage on him and he just outdamages you/ your almost dead at that time...i've tried the strategy of just staying back and farming with abilites not fighting him i was 20 cs or so behind that way and he just roamed and killed other laners /our jgler or he had his jgler come top and dive me i just don't understand how you lane against him

he is the 'win lane champion' allot of champions can't deal with him so playing for the late game is best some picks i use is

Illaoi dose ALLOT more damage and can heal pass his poke if you land your E and Q and most your damage dosen't come from autos she is my pick for dealing with him ( is the champion i play if my main is banned got my level 7 illioa off a Pantheon main that was level 7) Darius vs him is 100% skill you can do good damage and heal a little ( is my main ) Malphite shield stops his poke and you stack armor Fiora can deal with him his passive dosen't stop yours

Renekton i think they say he can but i don't play him so i wouldn't know

Buy a cloth armor early and play defensively.

Don't stay near him when low. Back. Don't farm under tower when low, just back. Else he's going to tower dive you and its highly likely he's going to kill you.
