Mastery levels in champ select?

So I vaguely remember Riot saying about a year ago (could be more) that they were planning on adding champion mastery levels into the champion select, something I had asked for multiple times. And they would start by implementing this in NA in normals first and then spread out to other regions and ranked. Now, I don't know what has happened on the NA client, but here in EUW I'm still waiting on this feature. I'm using third party sites to check my mastery levels in the meanwhile (to know which lvl 5 or 6 champs i can pick when i feel like tryharding in normals, etc.)
