CHAMPION ROADMAP: JULY 2017 packed with screwy objectives.

Azir: When was the last time you saw Azir carry a game? I cant remember one either. He is played so seldom and when played invariably gets wrecked but Riot seems to think he needs a nerf?

Swain: Swain can carry but is he really a hyper-carry akin to Teemo? Teemo gets ahead by only one kill and he is un-killable and can dart you to death in 2 seconds. If he gets ahead 2 or 3 kill he is a monster. On the more normal hyper carry there is twitch, ashe, jinx. Swain a priority to nerf? Really?

Xin Zhao: On another note Riot thinks Xin needs a buff? He isn't lethal enough with his knock up and the rest of his kit. Massive gap closer, exceptional damage and tower tanking HP at level 3. But ... Riot says he is too weak? I ban him regularly as long as someone has banned the little rat known as Teemo.

This whole concept is truly baffling. The only thing I agree with is that Aatrox needs some work. Beyond that the rest of the post sounds like lunacy. Sounds to me like Riot said, "We are bored, what can we do to really make people say 'What the fork?'"

The champion roadmap has nothing to do with what needs buffs and nerfs.

Its what needs to be worked on. This could be binary playstyles (regardless of whether they are weak or strong), or poor thematic + gameplay synergy. Azir has been a problem ever since he was added. He either is a dominating force, or nearly useless, so he makes complete sense.

Swain is dated as fuck, and needs VGU, ASAP.

Xin is also dated and incredibly binary. There is very little room to outplay a Xin due to the nature of his kit.

Aatrox is selfexplanatory.

You're so wrong on so many things that my eyes are hurting.

Azir: They didn't say he was getting nerfed, they said they're removing some mechanics so that they can finally balance him for both competitive and solo queue.

Swain: They're giving him a VGU, not a nerf. They didn't say he's a hyper-carry, they said that he is too feast-or-famine for Riot's taste, and that his current gameplay doesn't fit his theme.

Xin Zhao: They're changing his W, not buffing him. Nowhere there does it say they're buffing Xin Zhao, only updating him to basically have more skill-expression and counterplay.

It's like you read the article, then decided to discard everything the article said and make up your own stuff. No wonder you're getting downvoted.
