May be an unpopular opinion because people are troll af but..

Isn't it just a bit absurd that 30s can que with a lower rank and just squash newer players because of vastly superior runes and more masteries? It just seems like a serious disadvantage and they always come in so cocky and arrogant. I get people want to play with their friends but come on, it ruins the game. Just had an obnoxious jinx go like 24-1 level 30 laning against 2 sub 15s. How is that even remotely close to fair? Smurfing is annoying but at least its on an equal playing field rune/mastery wise. Thoughts? Im sure this is an age old topic.
