Ranked matchmaking unfair?

peaked silver 1 at end of season, got to gold in preseason. Did alright for ranked placements and got b2.

I have a serious problem with ranked right now. Ranked isn't fair right now. I shouldn't be playing with people who got high plat last season in ranked while i'm still in bronze.. I look this stuff up before every game.

Is there a reason this is happening to me? Or did other people just do bad in placements and were put with me?

--Any way to avoid this? I just feel cheated when there's people way out of my league when i'm trying to climb something I had no problem getting out of last year.

Reset means that all start with lower ranks ( and if a plat guy ends up in bronze then he has HORRIBLE HORRIBLE mmr and suckz). Either wait till they reached their elo and wait 2-3 months or accept it. See it as a chance to improve or dont play ranked right now.
