support popularity is a big problem

while in ranked someone has to be the support ... so either way your team has one

look at team builder ... where you pick what you want, not what is needed

no supports ... you wait a crap load of time and people who pick supports in tb know it ... you lack one person support dodges cause its him who you need so he gets to chose so why should he wait

not many people want to play support when no additional motivators are in place ... like you being the last pick ... or you wanting to stop other from flaming and sacrificing yourself for the win

i dont deny that there are people who do enjoy support a lot ... even i enjoy an occasional bard ownage but most of people actualy avoid that area ... and this is rather bad

and in low elo i saw people who openly decline to play support under a threat of dodging or trolling

this is a good role ... but i feel like it doesnt offer that much as others
