It doesn't really feel like he's a champion that's permantly in the game, he feels like a first april-joke that's been added just for a couple of days.
A champion that is literally all about just running around, it's starting to feel like a joke. His model is also just awkward at this point.
Dying by a champion that's simply running around isn't fun, it's just annoying.

monoscape2 votesMy highest mastery champion is Singed. He's pretty damn viable and can exploit the enemy top laner, if you're dying to singed he's punishing your greediness for the kill. He just has to pop R start his poison and if he has a Rylais and you're less than half health you're fucked.

Play ranged
If melee, rush 
to do one of two things. If he lanes, use the lifesteal to heal up from every trade. If he proxies, just ignore him and do the same just outside your tower. This may be boring, but it essentially takes him out of the game by removing the entire point of doing a proxy.
Oleandervine1 votesHe really needs that VGU though. That "visual update" they gave to him only fixed his exterior, it didn't actually update any animations or his voice, two big components which make a champion feel fresh and updated. So while he looks better, he still moves and talks like shit.

if you're reading this right please give it to me also I do believe that he needs a little rework all these new Champions over the years have been kicking my ass and I still can't get out of this low elo so I moved on to other champions I wish I can play my man again thanks for the lame-ass Bumblebee skin I bought it though cuz I love singed
