Did you learn nothing from Ornn?

People are already starting to see that she's viable/strong.

She's honestly not strong.

The prob with ornn was he was a learning for curve for literally everybody in the game, nobody knew when to buy his items, and ornns were still trying to figure out his ultimate recast. Ornn threw the game either by himself, or due to teammates. They fixed him justifyingly a few times, but after a couple patches those buffs really kicked in hard as people finally understood what they'd do and riot put a noobbait lock on his items.

Kai'sa just isn't strong, she can't do anything on her own unless she's stupid fed to begin with. The results you see on her can be easily achieved on other stuff like vayne. Problem with her, is she's too reliant on teammates.. her damage is weak early because they put their power budget into her Q which spreads out on minions and the duo lane of champions rather then a single target.

As with every new release her performance can only get better over the next few weeks as players get better with her.

Not at all. 100 AD is one 80 AD completed item + any 20 AD component item. It's really easy to hit that early for Q.

E takes a while idk MAYBE it should be lowered but idk. I'm happy with her because Q evolve is strong and can be gotten early.

edit: Actually now that I think about it, it's good that E takes longer to evolve because her passive is strong as fuck and synergizes with attack speed. If you're stacking attack speed you're already getting so much damage output just from her passive. If you could evolve E earlier it would be too much.

The only items that give 80 ad is BT or DD. Both of which you wont really rush on her. However i might try it. I still think lowing it about 10-15 ad on her Q would be great. Still getting an upgrade on one of your abilitys post 10-15 minutes is still really bad given that kha who is the only champion closly with the same upgrade mechanics gets his ever lvl he gets his ulti 6,11,16

I rush DD because her Q heals without penalty from it.

But you can go doran's blade + essence reaver/IE + pickaxe

Even if you rush DD you still have to make up another 20 AD or 12 if you went Dblade. I did try that once in a game and its still about 15+ minutes before you can get that Q upgraded. I feel like thats still a long time.

I just buy two longswords on the same trip back as when I finish the DD. They go into a Youmuu's.

Still not completely sure it's the best build but it's a build that gets Q evolve very fast.

Like I said you can also just do the dblade -> ER -> pickaxe path that eventually leads into a full crit build

Buying DD into 2 long swords still net a 15 minuteish q evolve tho. I'v done it before. Maybe if it got lowered to 90 across the board that would be fair. That is still 4200 gold to do so. When first back is at about 7 minutes that gets me BF. If i was to go this path and say every 7 minutes i get about 1500 gold with no kills/towers at 15 minutes i have 3000 gold, add another 7 minutes you that puts you at 4500 got the Q upgrade. Thats a total 21 minutes before Q upgrade. This isn't counting tower gold or champion kills/assist. With 4500 gold by 21 minutes you now have DD 2 long swords and Boots of speed. If we was to count kills/towers you could get it slightly earlier. The issue i see is rushing ability upgrades feels pointless and should be lowered because we are sacrificing core build paths for ability upgrades, like not getting boots in a reasonable time or being able to go toe to toe with enemy adc in lane when they rush the BF zeal by 12 minutes. Just food for thought.

She is so bad. The basic attack range buff is one that is needed badly.

I only see ppl saying shes trash, which she absolutely is.

By far the worst adc, hell scratch that, worst champion in the game, her kit barely functions shes weak early and then has to team fight with 500 range, not even talking about how her Q is useless whenver theres anything near your target, your E makes you UNABLE TO AA AS AN ADC (probably one of the worst mechanics they could have imagined to give an adc), her W has a 20s+ cd at rank 1, and they want you to proc a 5 AA passive to do damage in trades in lane with 500 range LMAO.

And you wonder why shes at 40~41% wr?

Shes completely reliant on her team to cc everyone and stack plasma so she can walk up while ppl are stunned and hit them a few times before she instantly dies, she does nothing that vayne/xayah/jinx/trist/almost every adc in the game can do better.

She honestly needs much more buffs than shes getting on pbe before she even becomes remotely a non troll pick adc.
