Kindred looks...boring

I am very disappointed. With such a promising teaser and so much extra effort put into foreshadowing 2 champions I really expected something truly unique. Kindred seems like a fine champion but nothing really screams...unique, to me. The closest is the ultimate, I think that is neat and all, but I don't feel like this champion is going to feel all that different, if anything... "they" seem... bland.

That teaser was great! The story Lamb tells Wolf was chilling but this kit doesn't fit that story in anyway. Here is a champion that has been played up as "they" but I don't feel like there are two champions involved in anyway which was what I was really looking forward to. The abilities are really just....meh and kindred is really just a short ranged marksman with a neat ultimate (which for some reason doesn't personify that there are two of them).

E is...lame, Wolf dashes out to strike the target but only if hit 3 times? That's just a marksman AA steroid. That is really unimaginative with such a unique looking character! Riot I am really disappointed in this champion. Everything just focuses about Lamb moving and attacking. Why was such a unique looking character wasted in this way? The only redeeming feature is the W and it seems like a very small (and weak) part of Kindred's kit as a DoT for 1 target.

This champion should just be called Lamb, The Wolf Hunter

well me personally something about it appeals so heavily to me; I love it. At least their appearance.

Im getting a bit sick of the 3-hit % health passives though...

I love how they look! I bet I will like their lore too. The kit is what I have a problem with. I feel the kit doesn't fit their look, tone and more then likely won't fit their lore.

Well as Lamb (?) said in their reveal they were supposedly the split soul of a hunter so i suppose putting them in the jungle and having them mark random enemies to hunt with their passive is at the very least accurate in that sense

(*The twist could be the dainty white lamb is the boy voice and the big purple wolf if the girl voice :D)

I was honestly hoping for something a bit like rexxar in HOTS.

Would you rather have a resourceless champion with a 5 cd blink, invulnerability, and a knockup attached to a basic ability? It's okay to have "bland" champions, most of the champions I play are pretty simple.

Simple is fine. There are a lot of examples of simple being a good thing. You seem to misunderstand the point I'm making, this champion is supposed to personify two working together but the only one really doing anything is Lamb. Wolf is like a by-stander acting as a Marksman AA steroid instead of being something cool. I think W was the only ability to catch that feel that two of them are working together but it seems like a really weak part of their kit. The rest of the kit fails abysmally at that. Honestly, there is nothing wrong with the kit except it was put on a champion (or champions) that should be playing up being two. Perhaps numbers will show that W is the powerhouse ability which would be cool but I can already tell its going to be Q because it gets a boost from W. I actually like the idea of a marksman being in the jungle but this could be pulled off in far more inventive ways then what is shown currently.

I actually think Kindred looks very unique. Not in terms of kit, but more the idea of a jungle marksman seems really cool and untouched on. But that's just me.

The W should have wolf as a passive which is always on every 3rd hit wolf goes and bites for percentage life. Make the active just be the ground effect if it. Its should just always be on considering its supposed to be "they".
