I keep seeing people complaining but noone says anything that isn't more or less sophistry and bad comparissons
can someone give me the play by play of what happened? I don't want any opinion in it just want to know what happened.

He spent the whole game flaming his teemo support while the teemo support did everything he could to bully the enemy midlaner rather than going botlane and helping the sivir lane against a sona/taric combo.
Sivir was objectively doing better than tf until her first death, then she basically gave up tower and didn't seem to even bother waveclearing with w and q.
While teemo did help irelia get first blood on tf, I can see how he should have at the very least went botlane while tf was under turret, but it is still kinda strange how 2 people (nightblue and sivir) could spend the entire game talking about reporting teemo rather than actually playing, and not get punished.
It makes you wonder how the game would have actually gone if they played it out rather than letting the enemy team open botlane, which I think is where the real issue is, everyone in that match (and the viewers) were robbed of seeing what would actually happen if it was played out, and that's definitely one thing to be mad about considering the teemo player was punished without being able to prove or be disproven.
CrazyMonkeyCZ2 votesNB3 entered game with Teemo support who hasn't said thing about his special strat(sitting in midlane, not taking farm, just harrasing enemy), while Ire(mid) begged him to leave and Sivir asked him to come bot. NB3 said he will get him banned, submitted ticked, asked Rioter if they can look up at it, they did, griefer banned, griefer and everybody who thinks his strat was ok are crying.
NB3 was kinda toxic on his stream, little bit in game as well(after asked by teemo to duo, he called him trash, ingame, he said something like"Bisch, yo want vacation?" and "I can get yo banned", then he tweeted something like "Everyone who disagree with me are r%%%%%ed")
NB3 asked his twitch chat not to go to dudes stream, but as leech Nubrac is, he posted his twitch channel in champselect and ended up with tons of N words from kids.

Sarutobi1 votesbasically NB3 was streaming, someone off-meta picks Teemo Support, this ticks off NB3 and harasses this person both on stream and in game chat. Tells said person he will contact his personal Rioter and have his account ban, After awhile he AFK (along with other people on the team). Said person gets ban, despite not breaking the rules to some extent, while NB3 knowingly broke rules, but got off scott free!

Pretty sure you would need to be in that game to submit ticket.
Also waiting for enemies to end while they are in your base and 2 of your teammates are afk isn’t really afking, I would do it to, why would you lose time?
