J4 vi and lee buffed

I dunno, I think they're on fair ground with tanks at the moment.

Lee will likely be the #1 picked jungler for all eternity, but it looks like Vi is in a pretty decent spot right now. As long as we have a mixture of fighter, bruiser, assassin, and tank junglers, she should stay in check. No word on Jarvan, he hasn't seen the spotlight lately in solo queue.

When they were the three junglers, there was a problem, but as of now I think the other junglers have reached their level and it's a pretty level playing field. Can't really judge pro play, tbh, so don't take my word for it.
