What do I do when my jungler babysit one lane, neglecting others

then give up on the game because you cant win when you have 3 usless people and their bot is fed unless its ranked don't ever ff in ranked

Really? I rarely see jglers in bot lane... For me it's always them babysitting the tank top lane. What to do? Roam and help your other laner out if you can and maybe they will repay the favor

It hard to roam from mid when you can't push your wave to enemy turret, not mention winning lane. Why I can't do that? Enemies have jungler while I don't.

Good wave clear and good warding should help with that though. Would you not win lane if your roams ended in kills?

This is something I don't see enough of - but if you need to push the wave in to do other things, push the wave. Don't sit there pussyfooting around with last hitting, just unload your spells and shove it hard. I've had lanes be lost because enemies were barreling in on the turret and the owner refused to do anything but last hit. Sometimes, just say "fuck CS" blast the minions, and then roam/back/do other things.
