Suggestion - Veigar ult: low elo nerf/high elo buff through visual effect

Hello,

It would look interesting if during Veigar ult whole screen will go pitch black (similar to Nocturne ult) and only projectile could be seen.

1. It would look interesting. Immense power so blinding that all light fades.
2. It would nerf his ult for low elo. It would be easier to spot it and avoid.
3. It would buff his ult for high elo. Vision control - blackout for all player for split second.
