No, although the lasers might! It is casting and moving, not dealing damage with a spell. Therefore, I am not sure if a turret shooting it's laser is counted as casting.

I tried this before and Heimer's turrets do not interact with the passive of Luden's Echo at all.

I know this is a few months old, but I can confirm for anyone coming to this thread from google, his turrets normal shots do not proc Luden's, but his lasers do, although it's unpredictable & unreliable, but FUN!!
