I mean Rito let's heimendinger play.. why not karthus? i can't think of how that'd be worse than 5 heimendingers The ult can get annoying but you can build for it well battling among 15 robot zappers is hell

RainbowIcee1 votesyea.. would be fun to use him.. if riot is that worried they can just tune down his ult but again it's entirely unnecessary it's only strong if karthus is fed or farmed and even then MR and banshee's negates him. Not to mention how squishy he is.
