Kindred's W has a lot more potential than what you guys gave for it.

I always felt like the skill was just there for jungle clears. Increases mobility situationally, but otherwise not that impressive. The damage you do with it largely happens against jungle creeps, and I always felt rather cheated in that regard since it could've been a more interesting skill. You don't expect stuff to really EXPLODE while W is up, making Wolf actually rather boring in nature and ignorable.

I understand they've been reworked recently but honestly could you consider an empowered set of auto attacks instead of the current W? It would function the same way as before but the AoE lock-on would instead be focused on AA's and Wolf would get to do something more influential. Better scaling in-kit, comparable to an attack speed AD variant of Kayle, and more thematic. You guys could adjust visuals at a later date to where Wolf directly replaces Lamb while the buff is active (same AA range) and I wouldn't care personally. This rework needed more "bang" to its thematic exploration rather than just an improvement on the balancing perspective, and I feel that making W more than just a jungling tool is one solution.
