Addition for Ziggs W

Yeah lets add that, and then remove the tower bs :)

i suggested this a while back. i think the issue was plants are coded in specific places only so there is a set number of locations you can land. Zigg's w can be places anywhere and the distance you go also is based on how close you are to the W. i dont think it would be as simple as using the same blast cone code. then again if he W is coded for him to land in that spot i don't see how hard it would be to give him an indicator using the built in W code.

there is no real need for that

on plants you usually have time to reposition yourself around them while you usually use Ziggs W to quickly reactivate it again.

I hate when I Ziggs W and it just makes me jump back nearly in place. It's one of the most unreliable abilities in the game.
