Because it doesn't. I've looked through recent patch notes and the wiki of both champions but couldn't find anything. As far as I can tell, if I didn't know it was in patch notes at one point it shouldn't ignore blind.

Illiad1 votesunder that design Ezreal Q would also be blocked by it. I've been waiting for them to change Teemo blind to being like Graves and Quinn's, where it narrows their vision. imagine sniping someone with it, then just standing still and when they can see, ur gone!

Which woulda actually be really cool, making his Q less BS. And his passive more interactive
