Can we just disable devour for like,2 hours?

If they got the basic Devourer before 10 minutes,

•There was no pressure in any of the lanes, allowing the jungler to farm •The jungler was not interrupted in their farming •The jungler might have gotten kills in ganks, further boosting their gold gain

If they managed to get Sated by 16 minutes,

•They were still left uninterrupted while they farmed •They had to have full control of both Scuttle Crabs and the Dragon •They may have gotten more kills or assists in ganks

In other words, the jungler who completes Devourer by 16 minutes is not only good, but playing well above the average skill level of the opposing team.

I won't deny that Devourer is a balance problem, but it's not like there's nothing you can do about it. Rather, learn to deal with it properly, and when its deserved nerfs come to the live server, you will crush anyone who bothers to pick it up in the future.

If they finish it by 16 min you deserve to get trashed. You didn't

1. Counter jungle at all

2. Win your lanes

3. Ward and gave them free stacks on kills and assists.

As someone who mains jungle i can assure you Udyr, shyvanna, and Yi are the only 3 who have a chance to get sated by 16 and they either have to completely dominate the enemies jungle as well as their own but also snowball off of ganking.

If it is finished in that time that means your lanes either lost or the enemy snowballed every objective.

Or you could, you know, gank
