Bot with 100s of games unbanned and encountered him in one of my last placement games

Clear bot He was assigned adc and just locked in blitzcrank without saying anything. Said nothing all game and no pings. Did not leash instead stood afk in lane until minions arrived just like ai does. Played very much like an ai (dumb). Left end game screen INSTANTLY (less then 1 millisecond). STood bot all game literally.

Before some genius angel comes calling me a toxic player and anyone can have a bad game. Check his op.gg. 100s of games with same runes and same summoner spells. SAME build order of different champions( probably buys excactly in order from recommended). I am just noticing this now wow this is very very interesting. Plays the same champion until he wins with it, after he wins with a champion he choses a different champion (probably queues fill and goes champion he wants no matter of position he is assigned just like my game adc blitz).

How is it possible this bot was not recognized and not banned. He has 100s of games and nobody detected it. It is just so obvious. Kind of shows how weak riot's anti cheat system/staff is no offense. (these are just my thoughts if I am mistaken someting or am mislead by anything please feel free to enlighten me)

Not that it is important but also is it possible to get a "prevented loss" as I had to play with a bot ai support in one of my last placement games which will obviously significantly alter my placement at the end of my games. Thanks a lot and I hope this post will be noticed. thanks:)
