Regarding today's Azir PBE nerfs, Riot please

Shurima's Legacy ( Passive ) No longer grants Will of the Emperor (bonus 1.25% Attack Speed for every 1% of Cooldown Reduction)

Arise! ( W ) New Passive: Gains 10/20/30/40/50% attack speed.

Shifting Sands ( E ) No longer knocks up enemies or grants shield.

I think the changes to the Passive and W are an acceptable power shift for Azir. It just means he won't get a mid-game power spike with Morellonomicon, but also means he doesn't rely on building CDR to scale anymore.

But please just revert the E change, it's completely unnecessary and has literally no impact on his lane bullying, which seems to be Azir's problem. Don't touch it please. This is a huge unnecessary nerf that will cripple his survivability.
