Riven does not get outscaled by fucking Urgot lol.
Urgot, as strong as he is right now, has a 49%-50% win rate late game in plat and diamond+.
Riven rocks 54-55.
Urgot's would be even less if he wasn't so busted.
Riven isn't a hypercarry like Vlad or Kayle, but she is a carry and definitely outscales a fat fuck like Urgot.
Oh, and Jax is a meta champ, with a 9% pick rate top lane in diamond+, putting him in the top five most played top lane champions. He's not quite top five in masters+ where he is the eighth most picked, but he still has a solid play rate of 9%. He's picked more than Kennen and Renekton.

Uhhhh, not quite, there are some abilities that do like 6 things if you read their paragraphs. Jax is literally blocks autos with helicopters, then stun = 2 things. Strong when he's fed but not overloaded

If people have figured out how to make her work properly as melee, then that's good in my opinion, but then she should be weaker in her ranged phase which everyone said was ridiculously strong but was considered hard to reach when people were unfamiliar with her. If she's too strong now, she could have her final ascendance removed altogether and her range decreased by 50 units, and she'd probably come out as a healthier design.

Her passive grants movespeed on hitting things, her ult is a notable speedboost and she has that spellshield on a 6 seconds cooldown with 40% CDR or 8 if 20%.
So,.,,,,sure i was wrong, spellshields can substitute dashes for safety but the point is a basic ability on a fairly short CD with a impactful defensive capability.......and yes the cooldown is high at early ranks of the ability however its more than sufficient for denying a key enemy skill with 100% certainty.
But even Sivir gets a shitton of waveclear and long range poke because she isnt really good at fighting at many points.

So she is strong enough to lane alright by using klepto for gold, sustain and extra skill points but gets killed later anyway by Tryndamere? How very overpowered she is x)
Sure i think she is slightly over the top but most of it is caused by klepto making her lane much better than it should be, just nerfing her a little and having her enemies grab sustain to negate her poke that doesnt get effective until they already lost a heap of health would probably do wonders.
Pretty sure GP was doing something similar with klepto, he was also one of those "weak early" guys when it came out then he started using that, got impossible to poke or duel out of lane while also getting ahead by miles in gold while not actually fighting anyone.
What kayle is doing now seems very similar.
