Currently many champs are limited from being able to jungle effectively because there is not enough sustain open to them.
While this might not help the ADC junglers which I have seen a few of as of late I will say that AP champs have a darn hard time in junglecurrently.
It is a simple fix but would make the jungle a bit more open to some other options which are not currently idea for jungle.

Sasogwa1 votesI've played Fiddle in a bot game as jungler, and the talisman was actually pretty good, gave very nice manaregen and I didn't need any pots, without having any leash. Ofc that might be different for other AP junglers, but at least some are viable I guess. Talisman is pretty decent.
Count Zubat1 votesI would give 10% spell vamp against monsters to Talisman, and Tier 1 jungle enchant would give something like Gunblade passive, but only 10% against monsters. If spell vamp is too strong , nerf Talisman HP regen and problem solved.
