Locking Vs Declaring in Draft

When you declare your champion in draft, you still have to stick around and actually lock it in. This is different than normals. I've accidentally dropped two games because of this.

But there is a strategical sense in this, because im gonna need to know who im playing with to form a strategy for our teamcomp

Ie: If my teamates just declared khazix jungle, akali mid, jinx and sona bot, then its probably not in my best interest to go teemo

Also draft has normals, thats always how its been unless youve mostly played blinds
